01

Who we are

onwun is the trading name of a partnership between Rohan McCallum and Niall Penny, based in London and Manchester. Our business address is 4 Dyers Court, Bollington, SK10 5GG. We’re the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

If you have any questions, email contact@onwun.com.

02

What we collect

When you send a message through our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to share, such as your company and project details.

When you book a call through Calendly, we receive your name, email address, the time you choose and any answers you give to the booking questions. Calendly also collects some details itself, such as your time zone.

When you browse the site, and only if you accept analytics cookies, we collect basic usage data such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and your approximate location.

03

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your messages, schedule and hold discovery calls, prepare proposals, deliver and invoice projects, and improve our website.

We never sell your data, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without asking first.

04

Our legal basis

Under UK GDPR, we rely on legitimate interests to reply to messages and arrange calls you’ve asked for, contract to deliver projects, consent for analytics cookies, and legal obligation to keep financial records.

05

Who we share it with

We only share data with trusted providers who help us run the studio:

— Calendly, to schedule calls. When you book, your details are also handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy.

— Contact form (Formspree), to receive the messages you send through the site.

— Email (Microsoft), to send and receive messages.

— Video calls (Google Meet), to hold the calls you book.

— Website hosting (Vercel).

— Fonts (Google Fonts), to display the site’s typefaces. Your browser fetches them from Google, which receives your IP address to do so.

— Analytics (Google Analytics), to understand how the site is used. It only runs if you accept analytics cookies.

They can only use your data to provide their service to us. Some, including Calendly, are based in the US. When data leaves the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

06

How long we keep it

Messages and call bookings that don’t become projects are deleted after 12 months. Invoices, contracts and payment records are kept for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements, and other project files are kept for one year after the project ends.

You can cancel or reschedule a call at any time using the link in your Calendly confirmation email.

07

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work. Analytics cookies are only set if you agree, and you can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings.

Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly. It only loads when you choose to book a call, and Calendly may then set its own cookies. See Calendly’s privacy and cookie policies for details.

08

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it elsewhere. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Just email contact@onwun.com. We’ll reply within one month. For booking data held by Calendly, you can also contact Calendly directly.

09

Keeping it safe

We use secure, reputable tools, limit access to the people who need it, and review how we store information regularly.

10

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

11

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
